Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14167280.

Yet more fly tipping in bin storage area , causing pests/ vermin that are entering garden This is an ongoing problem There are unused bins in the area that could be removed and bins could be stored at individual properties and bin storage closed and landscaped
