Blocked drain

Causing constant surface water. All the drains from the road to the wood need cleaning there is at least 5 but this is the worst drain. But first the mud and leaves off the road need sweeping up on the verges as they will just block up quickly again. Lived here 4 years never seen a road sweeper come to do road
