Hole appeared next to drain cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165894.

There is a deep hole that has appeared next to the drain outside the drive for 16 Titterstone Road, Highley, WV16 6DT. It's possibly expanding quite rapidly. It is as long as the drain and approx 5 inches wide. Not sure of the depth - it is dark when you look into it.

    Many thanks for your swift same day repair.however,and I don't want to sound like a constant complainer, this smaller hole has appeared at the top end of the new surface where the deepest and largest part of the hole originally was. Is this just a temporary repair and further work to be scheduled?
