Missing grit salt bin

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165712.

The bins on Blenheim close have been taken away and disabled people live on close. It was reported that the box was damaged and had been for a number of years, the grit/salt wasn't fit for purpose due to it sitting in rainwater. It should have been replaced,
