Ice is now more than an inch thick and has been since monday

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165678.

All residents have been trapped on bank since Monday. There are multiple young children here we cannot get out to get essentials such as food supplies are now running low. Grit bin is empty was reported earlier in the week and has yet to be filled. Elderly and vulnerable residents are unable to access food.
