Streetlight has been 'repaired ' 3 times but each time doesnt work.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165664.

Very dark on Hermitage Walk pitch black.Very dangerous.Recently had to help a lady with pushchair who could not see.Dont understand why the ground has been dug up 3 times but each time it still doesn't work. This light hasn't been working for over 6 months.Dark Winter evenings it's really not acceptable & so dangerous as it is a walkway

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
