Pothole on entry/exit on this road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165648.

It's been there for ages other potholes have been done around area but this one has been avoided. It's coming off a 60mph road and I have nearly popped my tyre on more than one occasion as it is quite difficult to avoided turning off the rabbit run
