Drain blocked causing water to stream down lane

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165633.

A drain has been blocked for weeks- water is pooling and running down the lane. This is causing potholes and damage to the road surface. The drain cover has been removed making it dangerous.
