Water flowing across road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165545.

There is a continuous shallow flow of water across the road in wet weather. not sure if its run off or blocked drainage but this is a low point in the road so it flows across and leaves debris across road. It has been like this for months and after heavy rain can get to flood the whole section at its lowest point.
