Unavoidable potholes - damaged alloy and puncture

Reported via iOS in the Carriageway pothole category by Emma Winter at 20:55, Thursday 9 January 2025

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165463.

There are potholes around the entire roundabout. At least one quadrant is unavoidable, so despite trying to drive slowly, today I finally busted my alloy and split my tyre. The same alloy which was brand new from being replaced 14 months ago after another pothole in Shrewsbury.

The roundabout has progressively become worse, but has been in a very poor state for at least 6 months.

Many people have left the same messages; please sort asap!

This results in damage to vehicles, but will be far sinister when someone swerves in an attempt to avoid them and causes an accident.
