Flooding through bund crossing high way and damaging private property

Reported via mobile in the Flood water that has run off Land category anonymously at 18:35, Thursday 9 January 2025

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165444.

The field opposite my property has been draining through my property and the land owner has done nothing to assist. The water pools at the bottom and then comes through a break in the bund (that the estate owners have created) that then floods the road and my property. I have been contacting them now for a year to ask them to rectify and have had no luck. Three drains are located on the road which all direct water through my drainage system which is ample for road water and my property. However get wildly overwhelmed by the water coming off the field which crosses the highway and has caused significant damage to my drive. It is also full of silt and beats which block my drains which I then have to have rodded. This has happened a dozen times this year. I have tried to work with the land owner, however after several assurances that works would be done, I am still waiting,
