3 Drains Blocked Icy Conditions, Dangerous

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14165352.

I work for STW, and have been called to "a leak" but have found there is 3 drains blocked outside this house with water pouring across the road. Due to the icy conditions this is extremely dangerous, on a bend on a 60mph road. Recently 1 drain was unblocked (in the last 3 months) but the other 3 have been left. The homeowner at 1 Cottage is happy to show where they are.
