Road surface very poor on the junction to The Old Vicarage Nursing Home

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14164995.

Due to heavy rain fall it has caused the road surface to be washed away causing poor surface and potholes on the turning off Chick Road and into the Old Vicarage Nursing Home. This is frequently used and requires attention.
