Continual flooding on the lane due to blocked ditches.

This is an ongoing problem that hasn’t ever been resolved. The flood is always a problem after heavy rain or snow. Driving through this is having a detrimental effect on my family’s cars and needs a proper clear out to the ditches and drains down our lane. Constant flooding and water running in the carriageway is also damaging an already sub standard road which once again full of potholes which also need repair. Please sort this as soon as possible.
