Unable to access disabled parking at hospital due to flood

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14164717.

Flood too deep for my vehicle to drive through therefore unable to access blue badge parking at my employment due to flooded road. Have to park a long distance away. High risk of fall and injury due to flood making access to one end of the Hospital and usual parking impossible.
