I had one of your staff come out in the past to put the blame of the flooding down to heavy rainfall and that nothing could be done but after thinking back on history of living here I remembered that we have had heavy rainfall and no issues. This was because on a regular basis the drains were cleaned out. I've not seen this drain cleaned in a long time. It leaves mud on pavement after heavy rain which is probably coming from the blocked drains.
