Drain opened up but now flood water entering property

Reported via mobile in the Flood water that has run off Land category anonymously at 20:48, Sunday 5 January 2025

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14164702.

Drain from road was cleared but insufficient digging of a trench means where is now running down and entering our property.

Drain trench needs to extend further into the hedge and adjoining field as water off the road now making its way into our front garden path and front door
