Long ditch built to take run off from Bushmoor hill/bank

Hi Craig The ditch we spoke about is now full to brimming and so isn't doing the job of taking the muddy run off we experience down Bushmoor hill. Please can you organise for it to be emptied. Many thanks Claire Pengelly
