Road debris washed off road in flooding damaging fence

During recent flooding, large amounts of debris, gravel and stones plus a road sign have washed off the road and pulled down our fence that runs alongside the brook. It is worsening with each heavy rain. The debris needs to be cleared and fence repaired and a longer term solution found so the fence is not pulled over again by road debris.
