Rad Beer advertising sign blocking path for pedestrians

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14163390.

Rad beers has a sign that is so huge it obstructs the pavement forcing people with pushchairs and wheel chairs to have to go on the the road with he traffic coming to pass by. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be moved asap. It is bike chained to a lamppost taking up all the pavement space so that pedestrians are forced to walk into oncoming traffic to pass by. Please can this be looked into and address Customer can not believe permission as been given for such a large sign that is so obstructive.
