Several drains blocked, water running down lane

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14163004.

Two open ditches running into blocked drains are flooding lane. Two other drains are blocked by silt. Edge of lane being eroded and new potholes and surface breaking up are being caused.
