Severe damage to surface

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14162996.

Due to continuous heavy vehicles to the water works the rod has broken down again, it’s had numerous repairs and needs a more permanent solution, not just pot hole filling in. It is dangerous and only a matter of time until there is a serious accident
