Insulation and building items on footpath.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14162864.

The footpath alongside the Old Coleham Court building site is littered with dirt and bits of toxic insulation. Many dogs walk along here and could easily ingest any of it. It’s been there since the 10th December, at night and in the morning.
