High winds has uplifted tree and part of the road

The high winds have taken a tree over and ripped up most of the tarmac surrounding it. There is a big hole in the highway that needs to be cautioned ASAP.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
