Drain fully blocked with silt debri,on the corner of st owens and queen street,water not draining at in a high risk flood area.

Drain blocked overflowing on corner of Queen street and St Owens road.Full of silt,other drains on Queen street also full of debri ,silt ,not draining in high flood risk area .
