The drainage system and manhole outside 14 Curriers Lane is blocked

I have previously report that this drainage system is partly blocked that results with the road being flooded even with relatively small amounts of rainfall. The water in this man hole only drains away very slowly. This results in the road being flooded, pedestrians being soaked by passing traffic, debris and water being sent on our gates hedge and driveway causing extra work and maintenance, not acceptable. Additionally last time I reported this issue I was told that there was not a problem.
