Vandalism ‘Temporary’ Bollards

These ‘temporary’ bollards which aren’t weighted down have long been a nuisance since they were installed during Covid for social distancing. They’re now classed as ‘permanent’ but are constantly being vandalised and moved. However, they are now being tossed over the bridge onto the railway line below which I can tell you as a train driver, is hazardous to trains. I posted on ‘X’ to Shropshire Council and Network Rail but only the latter has responded.
