Water standing in junction, one way

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14161450.

Drains completely blocked in bottom of junction creating a large build up of water. Enough to kill my car - I know that was down to my own judgement. Not acceptable as this water has been here at least twice in last 3 months. Diversion round this flood involved roads that may as well be farm tracks
