Blocked drain causing flooding - turned to ice

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14161405.

Blocked drains are causing flooding/standing water which in turn is hiding massive potholes that damaged customer son car at weekend. The B4580 and the lane Pantglas that lead off it are in dreadful need of repairs - customer said they totally potholes - grass is growing in the middle of the road - totally needs to be rebuilt.
