Drain blocked by massive build up of leaves and mud following flooding.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14161278.

No maintenance has led to two drains becoming blocked, other one is near A41. There is also a huge build up of debris making lane inaccessible to cyclists and wheelchair users.
