Flood damage and public safety hazard

Floodwater from the highway network has caused very significant damage to the public RoW and to our property. There is now a vertical sided trench over three feet deep running down the RoW which is a significant danger to pedestrians, horses and bicycles. In addition huge quanities of rocks, stones, gravel and mud was washed down our drive, damaging edges and surface.
