Blocked drain outside property

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14161167.

Blocked drain - as you turn left at the cross road heading to Ditton Priors. The drain is blocked and this has caused flooding across the road outside customers property. She cannot access the property by car at the moment as the flooding is deep and has not yet subsided since Saturday.

Please can this be looked into as soon as possible. Customer works with vulnerable people and needs to have access out of the property.

Customer is leaving her property on foot via the field behind her home, which she is struggling with. If this can be looked into sooner father than later, she would be very grateful.

  • Customer asked if someone could contact her to confirm what additional work needs to be carried out and when it is likely to be carried out, as she was only advised that additional work would be needed yesterday, and then had a follow up email advising that works have been completed, so she just wants some clarification on this.
