Pothole surrounding a drain

This pothole is on the edge of a drain and poses a risk to road users. I was unfortunate enough to suffer a puncture after driving over this particular pothole. The recovery driver who rescued me, also explained attending to another road user after they also drove into this same pothole damaging their wheel. This pothole appears to have been reported last year, a repair poorly made which has now unfortunately failed.
