Two gullies blocked with leaves & silt

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14161055.

Two blocked gullies, full of leaves & silt causing flooding on Sturt lane and during Storm Bert a near miss at Oakfield when water almost entered the property due to water not being able to get away (Oakfieldis lower than Sturt Lane). Gully 1 is opposite the north gate of Oakfield o the western side Gully 2 is adjacent to gateway of field located on the north side of Oakfield
