Drains blocked

Due to the blocked drain 100 yards up the lane (previously reported) the drain on the west of the road blocked quickly. However, the drain on the east of the road has become overgrown and won't allow water to drain away, leading to a large flood through the farmyard and down my lane at Hope Court and then driveway.
