Blocked culvert

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160978.

This is an ongoing issue - culvert is blocked and water to flooded through garden and over septic tank. Blocks on a regular basis. Resident is in early 80’s and sometimes floods into house under back door

  • Drain flooded again into house. Resident has been in hospital and is 82. Tried to called got through to out of hours service who were no help at all. Was told I had to call back. This is am emergency which needs to be actioned

  • URGENT Last night and today - a lot of water running over septic tank and around house, down the road causing issues with house further down the hill This needs to be looked at as a priority
