Deep pothole in the carriageway

This is one of a series of deep, dangerous and damaging potholes in the carriageway. Extremally dangerous to cyclists. This has been reported numerous times in the past and on occasions a substandard repair has been carried out, the whole stretch of road needs to be repaired correctly. A previous report of the road damage in this area - where several potholes has been reported in one complaint has resulted in one of the multiple potholes being repaired and the whole complaint being reported as complete, hence a separate report for each pothole. Potholes have been present for many months and will only get worse during the winter. Location of pothole included in the photo.
