Flooding road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160871.

My wife went to work this morning and had to stop because the road had flooded AGAIN , I've lived in shifnal 10 years and this is a regular occurrence on this road, home owner often puts flooding sign on road, it's dangerous and you need to dig a drainage system into the road
