Large pothole forming

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14160844.

This was repaired back in September it needs more than just a pothole fill. The stretch under the tree needs resurfacing as the road is breaking up on both sides. I consider this to be dangerous as you cannot see the road condition in the wet.
