Drains / road gulleys blocked

Following recent surface flooding in Gobowen the remaining water is now sitting on the road surface rather than draining away despite there being no water adding to it. The water level hasn't changed for 3 hours. This is a clear indication that the gulleys are blocked. In previous flooding events the water drained clearly from drains in the side streets but not from the drains on the main through road, despite them connecting and going through the same downstream path - a further indication there is a blockage problem. It appears to be blocked between the terrace houses on Station Rd and the railway line.
