Freedomfibre intend to erect a pole at this location in the public verge. It is about 2ft from lane edge to hedge. The large farm vehicles that use this narrow single track lane are wider than the lane. If freedomfibre abide by the law they would have to erect the pole closer to the edge of the lane than the hedge. This will cause an obstruction or hazard to agricultural vehicles and other wide loads
