Tree in the garden of number 8 st Mary’s lane is encroaching on the street light in st Mary’s road to the right of the entrance to st Mary’s car park.. the branches are extremely low and are blocking the light from the street light.. please can the land owner be notified so they can take action on this matter? Or the council? Before Birdnest in season starts again thank you
