These pot holes have come since you measured out the other ones and the original ones are being filled today 22/11/24. They are not getting filled today as they are not on the list even though the workforce agrees that they will get bigger and effect the ones that they have filled.

    These photos show how bad the pot holes are as they are now extending into copall paddock damaging the tarmac on the entrance to copall paddock. Please can you get them filled in and repair the damage caused by them to the tarmac on copall paddock. Thank you

    This shows that the pot holes are getting worse. It's a shame that the contractors can't use their discretion as the pot holes were larger by the time your report went to them. They could see what needed doing but could only do what you had marked months before.
