Pot hole not repaired despite white line marking location

This pothole remains a problem and not repaired. The men have been down the lane today and missed the largest of all the potholes which despite having white marks identifying location was just driven past. Such a waste of time. This is damaging my car it would be better for me to fill with concrete!
