Flooding due to drains and water running off fields

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160642.

The road is a main route both for farmers and ABP staff traveling from Ellesmere / Wrexham and beyond areas. The road has been a death trap with mud on, ice, along with torrential rain running off the fields onto the road, drains do not seem to be working. Also passing places are badly maintained, with deep potholes which could warrant claims against the council, due to possible damage they could cause.
