Tree hanging on wire

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160546.

A branch has fallen from the tree, one side of the branch is resting on the telephones wires and the other is on the hedge to it's created a bridge, cars can pass underneath it but not any bigger vehicles.
