Broken Salt Bin

We have a Road Salt container located 100yds north of our property. This container has not been maintained for a couple of years now. The container has cracked and broken. The remaining salt inside is probably less efficient than it should be. In the past I have used the salt on the road as it is a steep hill and drivers have historically had incidents trying to go down it. This year, as today shows, may require me to maintain the safety of drivers on our road. May I request the bin be replaced and filled with the appropriate Rock Salt.
