Deep pothole again

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160396.

Deep pothole in c/way. Been filled repeatedly but does not last very long and reoccurrs. Whole lane is in a terrible state but HA just keep filling the potholes inadequately, and so problems reoccur after a few weeks.
