Drains blocked from leafs needs cleaning

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160346.

Customer says flooding will occur if the leafs are not swept. cant see kerbs from how thick they are , customer says its dangerous , walking on middle of road to avoid leafs. drained blocked from the leafs , needs clearing. please can a street cleaner come out
