Manhole issue - danger

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160319.

Customer calling to report a manhole has no cover , about 2ft square so big , a danger risk as someone could fall and its unlit. main pedestrian route , needs urgent attention please can someone come out and repair.
